Since transitioning from Trace (our previous Workshop Management System) and recognising that change can be challenging, the Assetminder Team have worked closely with us to educate, adapt and develop their system into what we use today.

When we asked our Web and App users here at DVS to share their thoughts on how Assetminder works for them, the overwhelming response highlighted numerous advantages that solidified our choice:

Traceability – Beyond invoicing, it’s easy to track jobs associated with individual assets, inspections, defects, parts and more, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

 

Navigation – With simple tiled icons the system’s layout makes it effortless to navigate and find what we need quickly.

Overall, we are extremely pleased with our decision to make the change. It has streamlined many of our existing processes, especially within the office environment, helping us be more productive and efficient across the board.
