Assetminder was chosen as a clear winner by demonstrating a fantastic user interface

Westmorland and Furness Council selected Assetminder from several Fleet Maintenance Software providers following a rigorous selection process to replace a legacy Fleet Maintenance software system. Assetminder was chosen as a clear winner by demonstrating a fantastic user interface, depth of functionality and presenting a very detailed project plan, to help us understand the implementation process.

One major part of this project was the extremely tight timeline to implement this new system. By working together with the Assetminder Team, we came up with a very optimistic project plan to go-live within a 12 Week period, during which the Assetminder Team continuously demonstrated their professionalism and commitment. This enabled the teams to implement the system across several workshops, going from a largely paper-based system to a fully digitised system, with no delay in service and all business-as-usual tasks delivered.

After achieving our deadline, the continued support we have received from the Assetminder Team has been second to none, nothing is too much trouble, and we have worked together to eliminate any snagging issues. This support has improved the experience for all the teams across the service from Mechanics to Management Staff, as the system is both robust but easy to navigate, each level of user experience feels tailored to their needs.

We are extremely happy with our decision and would have no hesitation in recommending Assetminder in any similar Council Operation.
